The good morning tea on the balcony overlooking the Vistula River was a highlight, and the staff were accommodating, fulfilling our requests with impressive speed.

This nice hotel is located next to a castle and city walls. The location is very central. Love eating outside and there's Rubaru, set right by the property. The restaurant is average with hot dishes to choose from. Thank you for a really great stay.

We had a reasonably spacious room with outstanding views of city. Exceptionally comfortable bed and pillows, there were coffee, free tea, and tea/coffee available.

The Beautiful Double Room offered a bright and spacious environment that I appreciated. The mini-bar was well-stocked, great for a nice selection of drinks, and the toiletries in the bathroom were high-quality. I enjoyed the powerful shower and the little touches like a shoe horn and sewing kit added a thoughtful flair. WiFi worked flawlessly throughout the hotel. Housekeeping did an immaculate job every day, the room remained tidy and comfortable. There were a few bumps . Check-in was a bit disorganized, and I was initially asked to pay for spa services I didn't use, which required the manager to sort out. Breakfast was good but lacked clear labeling on dishes regarding ingredients and allergens. Two small single beds were pushed together instead of one double mattress with an uncomfortable gap. Those nuances detracted from what could have been a perfect experience.

The staff were excellent and the buffet breakfast was good. Great position for sightseeing in Torun.
It felt more like a hotel that had just opened with niggling little problems e.g. air conditioning not working, soap dispenser not refilled, mini bar not stocked up. Bit too modern for us

Perfect location, friendly personnel etc
Too cold in the rooms (regulation does not help: max 24c). Breakfast was perfect, but I suggest to find a possibility to vary the breakfast (not only cakes). But anyway, perfect hotel services!

My wife had an excellent massage. Food was very good. Receptionist was helpful in providing driving directions. Air conditioning was not working and staff without hestitation, moved us to a different room.
Complaints: No wash cloths. No facial tissue in rooms.

Everything. Clean and modern hotel with lots of character. I travel a lot and have stayed in numerous hotels all around Europe, but this one is a clear winner, whilst staying reasonably priced. The restaurant and breakfast are great also. This one will be a bit odd, but they have the nicest toilets in the lobby that I have ever seen...

I stayed in torun before, but bulwar exceeded my expectations. The staff were helpful, especially with room needs like extra sockets. The location is perfect for exploring the vibrant old town just a few minutes away.

The location was lovely and the staff were very helpful, I would go back if visiting Torun again
I ordered and paid for a double room but this consisted of two single beds pushed together. As a couple it wasn't great

This was a great stay for 4 nights. The best part were the really kind and nice staff. The location was marvellous and good, close to Town Square. The area was nice just next door to the Old Town and Castle and other tourist attractions, Tourn's sights and restaurant.
